Named after Michiel Eradus` daughter, this is a pure and lively Sauvignon Blanc. e nose is tangy and tropical recalling passionfruit, then on the palate, the wine balances fresh ­flavours with crisp acidity.

Hand-harvested, gently pressed and fermented using indigenous yeast and le on lees for an extended period. is is a steely crisp wine, apple and citrus with a modern structure to the end.

Gouguenheim – Mendoza, Argentina

At an altitude of more than 3,600 feet above sea level, one of the highest estates in Mendoza, melt-waters from the snowy Andes provide irrigation in this desert region. A vast temperature difference between day and night allows the fruit to ripen slowly, resulting in a wine with concentration and balance.
